Refund policy

Returns

 

As we sell live organisms, we only accept returns in rare situations. We take great care of our plants during packaging to minimize the stress caused by delivery.

 

Cancellations and order modifications

 

It should be noted that all sales are final once shipped. If you wish to cancel or modify an order, please inform us within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

Damage to plants and reimbursements

 

Although our plants usually arrive in good condition, it can happen that a package arrives damaged.

If a package arrives damaged, please contact the delivery person directly to resolve any delivery-related issues.

If a plant arrives in poor condition for reasons other than delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos or videos of the damage as well as the order number. The plant must not have been altered in any way (repotting, substrate change, etc.). Failure to meet these 3 conditions (contact within 48 hours, proof by photo/video, no major alteration), we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement (note that replacement is possible depending on the quantity of our stock).

 

Loss/theft of package

 

Aurea Plants is not responsible for the loss or theft of delivered packages. Please contact the delivery person directly to resolve any issues related to non-delivery at the door.
